BIFALO selects meat mostly from beef breeds, bulls and heifers, bred according to the highest environmental, feeding and pre-slaughter standards. Visually, meat from beef cattle breeds is marbled, i.e. contains white flecks of delicate fat, creating a characteristic marble pattern and providing juiciness and incredible flavor. Thanks to the experience and knowledge gained in the gastronomic sector and during scientific research at the Agricultural University of Wrocław, we know everything there is about beef.
